Quality Control:
Monitoring is carried out throughout the order lifecycle from sampling through to shipment. Proactive updates are provided as standard. Our quality monitoring system for production uses a PILOT RUN approach. This minimises risks with a small pilot run to check material components, accessories and user manuals along with other key considerations. We verify that all initial discrepancies have been rectified and required quality standards are maintained.

FINAL RANDOM INSPECTION:
Random inspections are carried out after production as the consignment is packed for shipment. These inspections meet International [AQL] Inspection Standards for design and style, shrinkage, accessories, appearance, markings, colour, labelling, material, assortments, workmanship, measurements, packing etc.
STATUS REPORTING
Status reports are based on multistate inspections and transmitted to the buyer. Reports include an analysis of production progress in line with agreed delivery terms.

DOCUMENTATION AND SHIPPING COORDINATION:
Shipping is coordinated with the buyer before dispatch. Documents are checked as per the buyer’s instruction and copies provided to the customer.
